Beacon Hill is partnering with a organization seeking a Accounts Receivable/Revenue Specialist. If you have 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Revenue Accounting experience,
Responsibilities- Apply and post customer payments, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit cards.
- Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and deposit tracking.
- Work with accounting, billing, and collections teams to resolve account issues.
- Assist with month-end close activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Revenue Accounting experience.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger concepts.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
