Senior Accountant
- New York: A long-established single family office is looking for a trusted senior accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations across family entities, investments and banking relationships. Fully in office in New York City (not hybrid).

• Run multi-entity accounting across LLCs, partnerships and investment entities: general ledger, journal entries, accruals, AP and intercompany
• Reconcile bank, brokerage, credit card, investment and intercompany accounts
• Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end close
• Produce financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports and ad hoc analysis
• Monitor cash, coordinate wires, ACH, capital calls, funding and distributions
• Act as the go-to Sage Intacct expert
• Support family bill pay, records and reporting with complete discretion
• Coordinate audits, compliance filings and controls with outside advisors
• Mentor the accounting team and take on special projects with the President and senior management

Senior Accountant
- New York brings stability, visibility with senior leadership and room to grow into a Controller role.

Senior Accountant
- New York: 10+ years of accounting experience;
Sage Intacct required; strong multi-entity accounting and reporting; single or multi-family office or private wealth experience preferred; GAAP, reconciliations, cash management and close expertise; treasury and capital call experience a plus; CPA preferred.

Compensation: base plus bonus package in the $200
