Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities & Duties Ensure accurate allocation of PNL and expenses for compensation calculations.

Calculate variable compensation for employees with complex structures.

Prepare journal entries and maintain reconciliations of compensation expenses.

Act as a subject matter expert for the variable compensation platform.

Collaborate with technology teams to enhance platform functionality.

Coordinate platform maintenance, including updates and testing.

Compile and prepare financial reports for leadership and strategy heads.

Assist in modeling hypothetical compensation scenarios for recruitment.

Implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.

Senior Accountant

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
4-6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience preferred.

Knowledge of US GAAP standards and financial services industry desired.

Highly analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience with investment manager compensation calculations is a plus.
