Role Overview
The Controller will oversee accounting and financial reporting for all brands across the portfolio, support the transition to Quick Books, and coordinate with the outside CPA.

The Controller will oversee accounting and financial reporting for all brands across the portfolio, support the transition to Quick Books, and coordinate with the outside CPA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Oversee monthly and annual closes, reconciliations and financial reporting across all brands.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis in partnership with the CFO.
- Lead the transition to Quick Books and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish consistent accounting processes and internal controls across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with the outside CPA on tax preparation, compliance and year-end reporting.
- Experience overseeing accounting for multiple brands or entities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Quick Books; system transition experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
