Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting

Key Responsibilities & Duties Oversee fund accounting operations for private credit portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage loan lifecycle events, including trade capture, funding, settlements, and covenant monitoring.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client-ready solutions tailored to specific needs.

Develop and maintain client account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Lead client meetings, service reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment.

Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation preferred.
10-15 years of experience in fund administration or alternative asset management.

Proven expertise in private credit fund structures and operational processes.

Strong leadership and project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.

Ability to manage complex fund structures and multi-jurisdictional vehicles.

Experience with IBOR and ABOR operating models and investor reporting requirements.
