Residential Condo & Private Property Operations
- Oversee recurring billings including common charges, maintenance fees, special assessments, and rent roll tracking
- Process and track security deposits in compliance with legal interest and escrow requirements
- Review property-level accounts payable, ensuring accurate GL coding across OpEx and Cap Ex
Board Support, Budgeting & Compliance
- Partner with Property Management teams on annual operating and reserve budgets for Condo Associations and private portfolios
- Prepare financial packages and schedules for annual Condo Board meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of property accounting experience with commercial, residential condo, or mixed-use assets
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, fund accounting (for reserves), and commercial escalation logic
- Proficiency in real estate accounting systems (Yardi Voyager, MRI, Real Page, Quick Books, or App Folio)
