- Prepare timely, accurate monthly and quarterly financial statement packages for a mixed-use portfolio of commercial and residential condos
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash positions
- Execute monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis and financial reporting
- Perform annual and mid-year CAM and insurance reconciliations
- Extract and interpret financial clauses from commercial leases
- Calculate and bill monthly rental, escalation and reimbursement
- Partner with Property Management teams to construct comprehensive annual operating and reserve budgets
- Assist in preparing financial packages and schedules
