Location: New York
Role Overview
Apply hands-on Quick Books expertise to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies that help improve AI systems.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop.
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate and review profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain charts of accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
- Identify accounting errors and workflow issues.
- Hands-on experience using Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop.
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, finance professional, or small business owner.
- Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation$90 to $170 per hour.
