Description:
The additional resource is needed to support the team with pending bank reconciliations.
This position will help implement new procedures and allow additional time for training.
Candidates should have hands‑on experience with the People Soft ERP system.
Experience performing bank reconciliations for zero-balance accounts is essential.
Intermediate Excel skills are required, including the ability to analyze and work with financial data.
Experience with manual journal entries and reviewing system-generated journal entries is preferred.
Familiarity with using People Soft queries is also advantageous.
Knowledge of automated accounting systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and budgeting is necessary.
