Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Range – $28/hr – $30/hr notes:
Additional accounting support is needed to address the backlog of bank reconciliations resulting from the implementation of new reconciliation procedures and additional staff training.
Required People Soft ERPEntering and processing manual journal entries.

Required
Skills & Experience:
Two (2) years of experience and knowledge of general and management accounting principles and practices.
Experience with automated accounting systems.
Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Experience with reconciliation and budgeting.
Hands-on experience with the People Soft ERP system.
Experience performing bank reconciliations for zero-balance accounts.
Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and work with financial data.
Experience entering and processing manual journal entries.
Preferred
Skills & Experience:
Experience reviewing system-generated journal entries.
Experience using People Soft queries.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Languages:
English – Speak, Read, and Write
