Job Description GP Fund Accounting Overview The GP Fund Accounting role focuses on managing financial operations for General Partner entities and related investment structures.

Collaborate with the Fund Finance team to ensure accurate accounting and reporting processes.

Administer carried interest arrangements and partner economics across multiple jurisdictions.

Support quarterly and annual close processes, including financial reporting and reconciliations.

Coordinate tax compliance processes and partnership tax reporting requirements.

Leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance process efficiency and scalability.

Contribute to special projects involving financial analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Work within a hybrid environment, collaborating with stakeholders across jurisdictions.

GP Fund Accounting

Key Responsibilities & Duties Maintain accurate accounting records for GP entities and investment structures.

Execute quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Administer carry schedules, allocation waterfalls, and partner economics tracking.

Coordinate GP admission processes and related documentation requirements.

Support tax compliance and partnership reporting across applicable jurisdictions.

Oversee capital calls, distributions, and investor communications for GP entities.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.

Collaborate on special projects involving financial analysis and reporting enhancements.

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of outstanding financial items.

GP Fund Accounting

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics required.

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in VC/PE sectors.

CPA certification preferred for advanced accounting proficiency.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Experience with carried interest and partnership accounting is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex structures and jurisdictions.

Aptitude for leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve workflows.
