Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and planning activities for the North America region.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare internal financial reports, supporting schedules, and routine journal entries tied to monthly and annual close processes
· Reconcile key accounts, including bank and credit card activity, and review account balances to identify issues and recommend next steps
· Support accrual accounting and expense tracking, including rent-related items, operating costs, and other real estate-associated transactions
· Partner with internal teams to answer accounting questions, provide financial insight, and assist with audit documentation requests
· Oversee accounting activities related to concession and consignment arrangements, while also reviewing payment classifications for accuracy
· Assist with budgeting and forecasting for overhead and real estate expenses, along with additional financial analysis as needed
