The Senior Accountant will report to the Director of Accounting. This position supports financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, sales and use tax, lease accounting, audit activities and ongoing process improvements.
The role provides exposure to a complex international organization and is well suited for an accountant looking to expand their technical accounting experience and continue progressing within a larger finance and accounting organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support monthly and year-end close and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and supporting financial analysis.
- Assist with global consolidations, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency accounting.
- Support sales and use tax reporting and compliance.
- Maintain lease accounting information and related monthly entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with interim and year-end audit requirements.
- Support internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
- Assist with One Stream consolidation and other financial systems.
