This part‑time, on‑site role for an Office Administrator is located in Doral, FL. The Office Administrator will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, overseeing office administration, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also entails maintaining communications within the office and with clients.
Qualifications- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Experience with Invoicing, AR, AP, Expense Reports, payroll, and Quickbooks (Intuit or similar)
- Experience with marketing materials a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on‑site
- Experience in the engineering or technology sectors is a plus
- Proficiency with office software and technology, Microsoft Office, etc.
