Overview

Executive & Personal Assistant – Skaneateles, NY | Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000/year

This role is for a full-time Executive and Personal Assistant to manage confidential and highly professional personal, household, and business/philanthropic tasks. The position is divided into three key areas:

  • Personal Assistant: 40% — calendar management, errands, travel planning, and personal coordination.
  • Home Manager: 35% — overseeing household operations, vendor management, and event facilitation.
  • Executive Assistant: 25% — supporting business and philanthropic efforts through reporting, communications, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will establish systems and processes for effective management, maintain a high level of professionalism, and possess strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, board members, community leaders, and others in the client’s network. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet with vendors and facilitate events. Tech-savvy candidates who enjoy supporting individuals in both personal and professional endeavors are encouraged to apply.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in a high-level executive support role.
    • Must be located within 45 minutes of Skaneateles, NY, and able to work in a hybrid capacity primarily remote, with some on-site days, including occasional weekend/holiday overlap.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
    • Physical Requirements:

      lifting items, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces, and standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.
    • Ability to travel: examples include NYC quarterly, Florida annually for winter home, and day trips as needed.
