You will oversee the vetting and onboarding process, ensuring compliance and seamless integration for candidates. Your role involves upholding regulatory standards, liaising with candidates, and supporting internal teams.

- Ensure compliance for temporary workers and contractors.
- Manage vetting, onboarding, and contract documentation.
- Verify identity, I-9 Employment Eligibility, and references.
- Address documentation issues and escalate concerns.
- Maintain records in Bullhorn and reconcile Intime timesheets with payroll.
- Provide administrative support and uphold 96%+ quality assurance.
- Self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Resilient, process-driven, and skilled at relationship-building.
