Objective:
The Communications and Creative Coordinator is responsible for administrative support for the Communications, Film and Creative teams. This role reports to the Creative Director and ensures smooth coordination of communication efforts, invoicing, and team logistics.
MINISTERIAL EXCEPTION:
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required.

Education and Experience:
3-5 years of previous administrative experience required. Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills required. Expert interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills required. Intermediate to expert user of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience utilizing project management platforms, such as Basecamp, preferred. Proven ability to self-manage. Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Creative Director. Days and hours of work consist of a Monday-Friday workweek. Hours may vary depending on church needs and special projects.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
