Port Washington, NY (Hybrid – 4 Days in Office Mon-Thurs; 1 Day Remote)
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily execution of procurement, inventory, and system‑maintenance activities across multiple warehouses and supplier partners. This role ensures accurate data entry, timely processing of purchase orders and transfers, and strong item and vendor record maintenance within Dynamics 365 Business Central. The coordinator will work closely with internal departments and logistics partners to uphold data integrity, support reconciliations, and provide clear, reliable reporting.
This position requires strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
- Enter and update vintage rolls.
- Process supplier purchase orders and vendor return.
- Execute intercompany and warehouse transfers.
- Enter inbound receipts of goods.
- Process credits, re‑billing, and customer‑to‑customer transfers.
- Upload and maintain E‑Doc BOLs.
- Complete monthly warehouse reconciliations.
- Perform weekly track‑and‑trace for stock purchase orders.
- Log domestic freight bills.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of system data.
- Update and manage vendor catalog records.
- Maintain item master tables and related system attributes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
(interview will include an Excel proficiency test). - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization; detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic, high‑energy team environment.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Wine industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.

Salary Range: $60-80k annual;
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, which may include professional experience, educational background, certifications, and level of industry‑specific knowledge.
