Customer Service Coordinator
JOB OPPORTUNITY – PART-TIME or FULL-TIME: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
A fast-paced, full service association management company in Stuart, FL, is seeking an Customer Service Coordinator for 20-40 hours/week. This position will be responsible assisting with all aspects of client services, including daily administrative functions, database maintenance, member relations, meetings/conferences/workshops coordination and website updates.
Duties:- Answer members and others email inquiries and calls
- Updates staff time tracking
- Assist with office operations including preparing invoices and receipts
- Summarizes event evaluations and recap reports
- Assist with speakers, moderators, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees correspondence
- Some travel may be required
The qualified candidate must have the ability to work well independently, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have initiative. Must have an outgoing personality with the ability to interact well with clients. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have a desire to learn new and challenging skills in a small but growing environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Windows, Web and graphic design software a plus (Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign, Page Maker, Corel, Word Press and other Adobe software) as well as be fast and accurate on the computer.
Office Experience – General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependable, Attention to Detail;
Advanced computer knowledge, Expert in MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
Windows, Word Press, Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator, Publisher; highly organized, thrives on action and deadlines, leads by example;
Well-regarded for communication skills;
Able to adapt, acquire and apply knowledge rapidly. Fast and accurate computer typing skills.
