Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position working 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
. As our Real Estate Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the office, supporting our agents, helping clients, and keeping everything running smoothly. Every day will bring something new, and your organizational skills will help keep our team on track.

What You’ll Do
  • Create, prepare, and enter listing paperwork
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date office files and records
  • Provide friendly, professional communication and customer service
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and assist with marketing materials
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling with efficiency and care
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • A polished, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, MLS Matrix
  • Prior experience in real estate or office administration is preferred
