Planning Specialist

International Financial Institution seeks bilingual Japanese Planning Specialist to s upport team for coordinate efforts and liaise between the U.S. and Tokyo Head Office in planning areas.

• Travel/meeting arrangements for Tokyo Head Office and Americas counterparts
• Manage administrative tasks including donation payments and event coordination for the Japanese-American communities in the United States.
• Support the administrative operations in the expense management.
• Support the administrative operations in the culture initiatives including enterprise award arrangements
• Support an internal communication development within the organization.
• Liaise between the U.S. and Tokyo Head Office under the consultation with supervisors.
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding administrative tasks for team members.

• Bachelor degree preferred
• 5-year business experience. Banking sector experience preferred but not required
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Japanese
• Goal-oriented mindset to stay focused and disciplined on overcoming challenges
• Strong organizational skills in diverse workspace
