Overview
IST Management is seeking a professional, hospitality‑focused Office Services Site Manager to join our prestigious Midtown Manhattan team. The Office Services Manager will provide on‑site management to support facilities, hospitality, conference room, and office support services in a highly professional office environment. Ideal candidates will confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication skills, display superior concierge‑style hospitality standards, and be ready to grow in their professional career.
Previous experience as a people manager is mandatory.
Midtown Manhattan – easy access to the Rockefeller Center subway station.
CompensationHourly: $32.00/hr – $35.00/hr USD.
Hours8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday with a 1‑hour break; flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities- Provide superior on‑site facilities and office services.
- Deliver a premium service culture, modeling a warm, refined, and highly hospitable experience.
- Communicate polished, professional verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
- Coordinate and oversee preferred vendors to ensure service quality and accountability.
- Manage a team of on‑site employees focused on performance, service excellence, and daily execution.
- Support and guide staff to ensure both the team and organization succeed.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and hospitality‑focused development for Office Services staff.
- Lead regular team meetings and collaborate with management on priorities and updates.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of SOPs to ensure consistent white‑glove standards.
- Support small‑scale planning and changes to the workspace as needed.
- Create, maintain, and track purchase orders with precision and detail.
- Maintain logs, checklists, and service documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Follow all safety procedures and support general operational tasks as assigned.
- Provide elevated service and support for a dedicated floor, ensuring a frictionless and polished workplace experience.
- Manage meeting and conference room scheduling, setup, breakdown, and resets; coordinate food and beverage services.
- Ensure all spaces maintain a clean, concierge‑level presentation.
- Respond to and manage facilities‑related requests in partnership with building teams and vendors.
- Oversee mail, shipping, receiving, and internal distributions.
- Manage office supply inventory and ensure all work areas are fully stocked, organized, and immaculate.
- Oversee pantry presentation, inventory, and ordering to maintain a high‑quality experience.
- Ensure all Office Services equipment is operational and serviced as needed.
- Perform light administrative duties to support the workplace and leadership team.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
High School Diploma required; some college preferred. - Authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross‑train for other job functions.
- Ability to meet the employer's attendance policy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
- Previous experience as a people manager is mandatory.
