We are hiring an Assessments Coordinator for a health care agency. This is a full‑time role, working from a Brooklyn office located in the Midwood area.
Base pay range$23.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities for the Assessments Coordinator- Review open assessments and update their status regularly in database systems
- Contact therapists via phone/text and email to place them on open jobs
- Coordinate placement with school, parents, case managers, etc.
- Adhere to all suggested timelines for staffing and shift priorities daily
- Communicate scheduling or staffing difficulties to coordination team and supervisors
- Review and submit documentation on various online portals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with Excel or databases a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to multi‑task under deadlines and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail, fast learner
- Must have 3 references from past supervisors
- Must be punctual, reliable
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
