About the Role

A global investment firm is seeking a sharp, composed, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders. This fast‑moving environment calls for someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings both polish and judgment to every interaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendars across global time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and refine presentations, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Plan domestic and international travel with precision, from flights to ground logistics.
  • Process and reconcile expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive firm and client matters.
  • Partner closely with other assistants and departments to keep operations aligned and efficient.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or teams in a fast‑paced corporate setting.
  • Expertise in Outlook, with strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, follow‑through, and time management.
  • Professional communication skills and a poised, polished demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
