What will you be doing?

  • Maintain: Maintain the storage of current confirmation samples ensuring that they well organized and can be easily retrieved. Maintain all Development, Line and Customer sample requests and tracking.
  • Prepare: Prepare the confirmation sample review by pulling corresponding line samples and master swatches for review with the confirmation sample. Pulls samples for seasonal fit turnovers.
  • Take the lead: Unpack all samples, organizes and distribute as needed.

    Photograph product when needed. Ensure outbound sample shipments are ready by daily deadlines for domestic and international pickups.
  • Assist: Assist with creating and maintaining the accuracy of line sheets. Support the design and product development teams as needed. Ensure originals purchases are organized both physically and digitally; tracking details of all purchases throughout the development seasons.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative position
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience with a PLM system preferred
