Project Coordinator - Architectural Design and Construction
In this position as a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the Capital projects program for the department, manage project tasks and documentation reports within the Facilities Design & Construction department at Weill Cornell Medical Center. Provide administrative support in issuing contracts to NYP vendors and consultants, request for proposals and closeout documentation. Ensure all assignments are meeting compliance standards and scheduling deadlines.
Use your financial expertise to assist in processing invoices and payments involving all consultants and contractors working directly with NYP. Compile and ensure the accuracy of data used for budgeting and scheduling involved. With opportunities to help coordinate over 100 projects on campus, you'll build leadership skills that will help advance your career.
- Bachelor's degree in Design and/or Engineering, Accounting, Safety
- Experience with Project Management; invoicing, purchasing, vendors, project close-outs etc.
- Knowledge of healthcare and construction finance
- A background in finance
- Unifer/Lawson software experience or related software
- Minimum of 2 Years experience working on finance projects in a business office or related work

Salary Range$61,000-$82,500/Annual
