A growing finance-focused organization is seeking a reliable Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with marketing outreach. This role combines general administrative support with coordination of email and text-based marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities- Managing calendars, scheduling, and correspondence
- Maintaining internal documentation and records
- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative needs
- Coordinating email and text marketing campaigns
- Organizing contact lists, tracking outreach, and following up on leads

Salary
