About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful People Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our internal operations. This role supports our management team across HR, recruiting, payroll, and office administration, keeping our business running smoothly while ensuring a great experience for both clients and employees.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Support internal hiring: sourcing, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, job postings, and placement records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timesheet follow-up.
  • Manage HR-related documentation, benefits questions, and compliance updates.
  • Handle errands, mail, and office logistics.
  • Manage and create social media content for Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook, including job postings, company updates, and culture highlights.
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR, operations, or administrative role (staffing industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems (ATS experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with managing and creating content for Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook.
