Role Overview

A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service—both in person and over the phone or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales or marketing experience (optional).
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer‑service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
