Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Become an integral part of Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) team at JPMorgan Chase. This role supports senior executives within the Global Technology Regulatory Exam Management team in the U.S., working with regulators and internal stakeholders, managing calendar, travel, events and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Maintain complex calendars for Global Technology leadership and CTC Assistants.
- Screen incoming calls and invitations to determine priority.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room reservation and meeting materials.
- Arrange international and domestic travel.
- Organize events, catering, transportation and guest support.
- Process invoices and expense claims for team members.
- Assist with staff onboarding and off‑boarding, including equipment setup and system access.
- Produce high‑quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels.
- Maintain department documents, including organizational charts and executive bios.
- Handle regular activities proactively and advise in advance on issues or delays.
- Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings.
- 7+ years supporting C‑suite or Managing Director‑level executives.
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to coordinate projects, events, or initiatives across regions.
- Discretion and excellent judgment in handling sensitive information and interacting with senior management.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint, Concur and other enterprise platforms.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Global coordination skills and proven ability to coordinate meetings, travel and communications across multiple time zones.
- Experience working with diverse teams and understanding of cultural nuances worldwide.
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level in a global financial services or multinational environment.
- College degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase internal tools, compliance requirements and corporate policies.
This role requires five days in the office (Mon‑Fri) and does not support hybrid options.
