As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, building client relationships that will grow stronger each year. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
What It Would Be Even Better If You Also Had- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Help to ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive compensation plans.
Pay Range$15.50 – $27.00 per hour
