We are a busy outpatient physical therapy private practice seeking a full‑time Front Desk / Receptionist who is Mandarin or Cantonese speaking. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

• Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
• Verify and inquire about insurance benefits
• Answer phone calls and respond to all communication channels used by the company
• Organize and maintain patient files and records
• Assist with insurance billing-related matters
• Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems efficiently
• Basic office and administrative skills

• High school diploma required
• Meticulous, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly pay: $18 – $22, based on experience
