Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: New York
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments. Process property payroll transfer reports. Ensure benefits deductions are accurate. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity. Provide support to the leadership team for various other accounting-related projects.
Education RequirementHigh School Diploma/GED required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Quick Books, and Pay Choice or Payroll Associates experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- 1 year experience.
- Analytical skills related to retro calculations of pay and time.
- Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Onsite 35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch. Looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in timekeeping and payroll processing (i.e., Garnishments, Taxes, Year-End activities). HS Diploma required. Bachelor Degree preferred.
