High-growth AI fintech startup is looking for an Office Manager to support their growing team in New York. This is an on-site role based in No
Ho in NYC. 100-120K+ DOE + benefits, unlimited PTO, catered lunches!
As Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage vendors, track and manage office budgets, assist with onboarding new employees, coordinate team events and off-sites, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office and supply inventory to support workplace needs.
- Act as a point of contact for service providers and building management.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Track and manage operational budgets, expenses, and invoices. Negotiate contracts with providers when needed.
- Coordinate in-office meetings, including setting up conference rooms and organizing catering needs.
- Assist in planning team events, gatherings, holiday parties, and off-sites.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure visitors and guests have a welcoming experience.
- Manage office access, deliveries, and general workplace logistics.
- Support onboarding processes, including workspace setup and employee resources.
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Experience, or similar role, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and resourceful, with a passion for solving problems creatively.
- Collaborative, organized, and thoughtful in approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
