Location: New York

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to provide clerical and organizational support to our office. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

NOTE:

Applicants with experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office files.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining company databases.
  • Support management and other departments with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment.
