Position Overview
The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, meeting coordination, vendor services, and acts as a liaison with corporate services. The role directs and coordinates office services and related activities, developing and supervising programs for maximum utilization of services and equipment.
Responsibilities- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Provides administrative support to the leadership team, including managing daily schedule, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility for the location by monitoring expenses to ensure costs are within established levels.
- Provides oversight on all office-related vendor relationships and interactions, and involves corporate services as required.
- Participates in the development and implementation of key office initiatives and supports operational plan objectives.
- Develops and executes department processes and procedures; analyzes all processes and procedures and implements improvement opportunities.
- Ensures proper planning and functionality of meetings and/or trainings, ensuring all employees receive appropriate information/instruction.
- Assures effective communications are maintained within the department and to internal and external business partners; informs employees of company/department plans and progress when appropriate.
- Coordinates with other units/departments to facilitate special requests or projects, and resolves workflow or production issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of office management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze work processes.
- Strong organization skills.
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties.
Salary Ranges: $63,000.00 - $
