A Day in the Life - Tasks and Responsibilities- Transaction Support
:
Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Data Management
:
Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data. Grooming data to maintain up to date information across all platforms. - Communication Coordination
:
Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries. - Document Preparation
:
Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review. - Meeting and Schedule Coordination
:
Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary. - Reporting and Analysis
:
Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making. Modernizing reports to reflect the latest partner information. - Process Improvement
:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness. Refine processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Team Collaboration
:
Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture. - Operational Support
:
Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking. - Cross-Department Communication

Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
