Investor Relations Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Private Equity firm focused on is looking for an Investor Relations Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join their growing team! Applicants should be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented and have experience as an Investor Relations Coordinator and Executive Assistant.

Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings, manage team calendars, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping meetings organized.
  • Arrange travel for conferences, roadshows, and prospect meetings, monitoring logistics for delays or changes and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Track and submit expenses on behalf of the team.
  • Assist with prospective LP outreach and support business development efforts.
  • Support planning and execution of investor events (AGM, LPAC meetings, etc.) including conference room bookings, managing invitations, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Distribute briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documents to the IR team and clients ahead of and after meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate investor and meeting data; ensure all activity is logged in CRM.
  • Run periodic and ad-hoc reports to support fundraising and marketing tracking.
  • Assist with prospective LP engagement efforts including annual mailings, client gifts, and investor communication lists.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investor relations, finance, or executive support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Deal Cloud or Salesforce preferred), and collaboration software (Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
