- Overseekeyadministrativefunctionsincludingmailandcourierhandling,digitalandphysicalfilemanagement,andsupplyordering
- Coordinatemove-inandmove-outprocessesfortenants
- Review,track,andprocessaccountspayableandreceivableinvoices,includingvendorpaymentsandmonthlytenantstatements
- Maintaincompliancedocumentssuchas Certificates of Insurance
- Enforcebuildingpoliciesandmanageservicerequests
- Liaisebetweentenantsandbuildingmanagement,distributingupdates,scheduling meetings,andsupportingtenantevents
- Prepareandmaintainlogsofafter-hoursbuildingactivityandensurealloperationalrecordsareuptodate
- Tenantsfeelsupported,heard,andconfidentintheservicesprovidedbythemanagementteam
- Administrativeoperationsrunseamlesslywithminimaloversightandnodisruptiontodailyactivities
- Allbuildingpoliciesandcompliancerequirementsaremetconsistentlyandaccurately
- Vendorpaymentsandtenantbillingarehandledefficientlyandonschedule
- You’rerecognizedasareliableteammemberwhohelpstheofficestayorganized,productive,and proactive
Salary Range: $65,000–70,000 annually, basedonexperience
Location: New York, NY – Onsite
