  • Managing key personal and professional contacts
  • Adapting quickly to last‑minute changes and pivoting with ease
EXECUTIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (40%)
  • Calendar and schedule management across time zones
  • Coordinating meetings, calls, and external engagements
  • Handling sensitive information, inbox management, and confidential communications
  • Liaising with partners, concierge services, and vendors
  • Providing support during early‑morning or late‑evening meetings as needed
