Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Family Office
- Perform secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support.
- Duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. May also be required to organize events, and help with family activities.
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
- Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely matter
- Make travel arrangements for the CEO and his family.
- Ad hoc projects
- Liaise with property managers/housekeepers.
- General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.
Skills and Qualifications
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling
- Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Travel logistics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Three to five years of executive assistant/personal assistant experience
