Job DescriptionInternational Blind Contractors LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Submittal / Shop Drawing Coordinator to support our Project Management division. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision and has a solid understanding of project documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to prepare and submit accurate shop drawings and product samples.

Prepare and coordinate project submittals, shop drawings, and sample submissions in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Review construction documents and specifications to understand submittal requirements.
Create and maintain organized logs and tracking systems for all submittals and approvals.
Assist in managing timelines to ensure submissions meet project schedules.
Communicate with general contractors, architects, and designers regarding revisions and approvals.
Use drafting tools and software to assist in preparing or modifying shop drawings.
Provide administrative support related to document control and project coordination.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in a project coordination or documentation-focused role; experience in construction or window treatments is a plus.
Familiarity with reading architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and drafting/drawing tools; knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.
Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, collaborating remotely and in-office as needed.
