Administrative Executive Coordinator (aHEO), Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing GENERAL DUTIES
Provides administrative support to a Campus or University Executive.
- Coordinates office operations such as meetings, communications, events, and reports.
- Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.
- Maintains accurate calendars, schedules, and key dates.
- Collects data for, prepares, and distributes reports and presentations using appropriate technology. Runs basic system queries and reports to provide data.
- Updates office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintains current information on department web site(s), manuals, and other materials.
- Provides clear communications on the Executive's behalf both within and outside the unit.
- May perform related duties as assigned; may participate in special projects and efforts to improve unit effectiveness.

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATIONThe Administrative Executive Coordinator (Executive Assistant) serves as primary administrative support for the Dean of the Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing and works on confidential, time-sensitive assignments and projects in a fast-paced office environment. The Executive Coordinator (Executive Assistant) engages with internal and external constituents, handles sensitive communications and situations in a professional, cordial manner; is proficient in technology; follows policies and procedures;
maintains accurate calendars, schedules, databases, records and files; collects data, disseminates information, prepares reports and presentations; and prioritizes items that require the Dean’s immediate attention.
Bachelor's Degree required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS- Previous project planning experience and/or work with a College/School program is desirable.
- Two years of related experience is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Proficiency and competency in database management, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant systems/software are required.
- The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and use discretion when handling confidential information; have good customer service talent; exhibit independent initiative and good judgment; and work collaboratively with administrators, staff, faculty, and students.
Commensurate with experience ($82,297- $94,409).
