The EBC Logistics & Operations Specialist is the engine that ensures every executive briefing runs flawlessly from a logistical perspective. This hands‑on role manages all operational aspects of the EBC, creating an exceptional, seamless, and professional environment for our executive guests and internal teams.
What You’ll Do- Handle all event logistics including venue bookings, catering orders, transportation coordination, dinner reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the briefing schedule.
- Manage all aspects of the physical EBC space, including room setup, A/V coordination, and maintaining a pristine environment for all sessions.
- Own the EBC calendar: manage holds, invitations, confirmations, and communication with internal and external attendees regarding scheduling details.
- Coordinate internal speaker scheduling, confirm attendance, communicate logistical details, and ensure all presentation materials (slides, demos, collateral) are finalized and available for the briefing.
- Curate and manage the inventory of executive-level amenities and swag.
- Assist the Head of EBC with tracking and reconciling all logistical expenses and overall budget.
- Coordinate Executive Briefing Center activities globally, managing operations and stakeholders remotely.
- 3+ years of experience in executive-level event coordination, meeting planning, or event production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex logistical tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
- High proficiency in scheduling and communication tools (e.g., Google Suite).

Starting compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s job‑related experience, skills, and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. The annual base salary range for this full‑time position is $104,000—$143,000 USD.
