Job Role - Senior Executive Assistant
Location - 1585 Broadway - NY - 10036
Duration - 10 Months
This role will be on-site 4x a week

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in an administrative support or a similar role. Prior experience supporting directors or other high-level executives is required. The candidate will support executives and administrative staff in general office duties and will defer all significant decision making to management. Requires a high level of professionalism and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information to which the Executive Assistant may be exposed, discretion is required.
The candidate must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks candidate must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned, and the hours necessary to complete them. Prior experience at , as well as factors such as a specific college degree or multilingual fluency, may be preferred.
Experience:
- Ability to multitask / wear multiple hats and embrace all levels of work that range from urgent ad-hoc senior management requests to executive assistant coverage
- Manage complex travel plans and calendar management – AMEX Travel knowledge preferred
- Booking of flights, hotels and ground transportation
- Coordination of calendars and setting up of meetings will be required
- Succeed in a fast paced environment and short turnaround on deliverables
- Provide backup coverage to current Administrative Assistants during vacation / sick days
- Process Events and Conferences (EnC) approvals accurately
- Strong knowledge and experience of Concur for expense management
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically with MS Outlook
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Great ability for task prioritization
- Self-starter with proven ability to act proactively
