As an Administrative Assistant at Rebecca Schools, you will play a key role in supporting enrollment, record management, and daily front office operations while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and student-centered environment.
What You'll Need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort handling confidential student and family information
- Basic computer skills, including databases, scanning, and document management
- Professional communication skills with staff, families, and external partners
- Bilingual Spanish
- Maintain organized filing systems for student records, legal documents, and reports
- Support student enrollment by preparing applications, contracts, and welcome materials
- Update and manage data in Education Edge and related tracking tools
- Coordinate tours, confirmations, mailings, and information requests with schools and providers
- Provide front office coverage and clerical support while maintaining a safe environment for students

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $20.00
