Our client is a prestigious law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Conference Services Assistant to support the NYC office on a temporary basis. This position is fully on site at their office in Midtown, Manhattan
.
Provide first-rate customer service to all guests and clients.
Job Details- Provide first-rate customer service to all guests and clients
- Coordinate conference room reservation requests and book accordingly
- Utilize conference room booking software to reserve rooms and record requests
- Address client and guest needs, inquiries, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Monitor conference rooms and report facilities issues
- Coordinate catering and audio-visual services
- Pay rate: $28-30 per hour, based on experience
- 2+ years’ experience in high-volume Conference Room reservations
- Personable, professional, and highly customer service oriented
- ESP
2000 or Rendezvous experience, a plus! - Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software quickly
