AboutThe Role
The Executive Assistant I is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple senior leaders in our Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment.
In FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring organization, we focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Perform all administrative functions and routine and non‑routine tasks.
- Interact with clients and other FTI leaders while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Report all facility related issues to the Corporate Finance Administrative Manager and Workplace Experience Manager.
- Perform administrative and office services duties and support including front desk/reception coverage, basic IT coordination, meeting and event catering coordination, printing and copying, e‑faxing, general ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Handle mail distribution, preparation of certified mail or Fed Ex, working with the Pitney Bowes machine (adding postage and refilling postage as needed), delivering the mail to the Post Office daily.
- Maintain calendars, identify conflicts and resolve promptly.
- Coordinate all meeting and travel arrangements.
- Schedule conference calls, including contacting/notifying participants.
- Create documents, reports, presentations and spreadsheets using appropriate software and company templates.
- Assist in research projects by efficiently conducting searches of the Intranet/Internet.
- Capture time and expense within applicable FTI systems.
- Assist in prioritization of correspondence and phone messages.
- Complete requests for deliveries, faxes and couriers.
- Create and maintain paper and electronic file.

What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Consulting, banking, and finance industry background.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Adobe.
- Fundamental knowledge of the consulting industry and its customary practices desired.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform all tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience planning and coordinating client events.
