Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Investment
Location:
New York, NY
Base salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year
Bonus:
Additional compensation based on performance
- Manage calendars and schedule changes as necessary.
- Prepare meeting agendas and set up technology for meetings.
- Manage email communication and process expenses.
- Process non‑disclosure agreements, organize lunch meetings, and obtain visas.
- Act as point of contact for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university.
- 1+ year experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Salesforce.
- Highly professional, dedicated, proactive, and possess a can‑do approach.
- Desire to be successful and contribute to a small team.
