We are looking for an Executive Assistant with 1+ years of experience supporting upper-level management to work as our client’s right hand.
Responsibilities:- Assist President with investments and real estate portfolios
- Manage personal finances
- Schedule appointments
- Attend C-level meetings, take notes, and help prioritize action items
- Create reports and other documents as requested
- 5+ years of experience supporting upper-level management
- Proficiency with office equipment
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
- Business-minded
